٣٦٣٧ - كمال الدّين أبو الفضل عبد الهاديّ بن رجب بن هبة الله التكريتيّ القاضي. كان شيخا بهيا دمث الأخلاق فقيها عارفا بقوانين القضاء وفصل الحكومات، استنابه شيخنا شيخ الاسلام نظام الدين أبو الثناء الهروي في القضاء بالجانب الغربيّ، فلما مات ورتّب ولده صدر الدين مكانه استنابه على قاعدة والده فكان على ذلك إلى أن توفّي، سمع عليه صديقنا شمس الدين أبو العلاء الفرضيّ كتاب بشارة من بلغ الثمانين وإن كان من المقصّرين بسماعه من مصنّفه شيخنا تاج الدين أبي طالب بن أنجب وتوفّي سنة ثمانين وستّمائة، وكان مولده في المحرّم سنة عشرة وستّمائة بتكريت.
