(١) من المشايخ العارفين والصوفيّة المجتهدين والعالمين العاملين، له التّصانيف المفيدة في مذهب الصوفيّة، رأيت من رسائله في خدمة الصدر السعيد الشهيد زين الدين الماستري (٢) بخطّه اللائق المليح الفائق الصحيح وكتبت إليه رقعة من المعسكر ولم أقرأ لها جوابا، سمع على شيخ الشيوخ شهاب الدين عمر بن محمّد البكريّ السهرورديّ كتاب عوارف المعارف من تصنيفه بقراءة عزّ الدين حسن بن حيدر بن حسين البيهقيّ في رجب سنة أربع وعشرين وستّمائة.
