(٣)بلغ من السلطان إباقا ومن أخيه تكوتار أحمد ما لم يبلغه أحد من الأعيان والأكابر وكان يعرف السيمياء وأصله من بغداد، ذكروا عنه أنه كان من الفرّاشين المقرّبين إلى حضرة المستعصم بالله وقرى [؟ أقرأ] بدار الشاطيا [وأمر السلطان بأنّه يرتّب في الوقوف ويختار وذلك في جمادى الثانية سنة إحدى وثمانين وستّمائة فاستناب ....].
