٣٥٦٣ - كمال الدّين أبو الفتوح داود بن يونس بن عبد الله البغداديّ صاحب الدّيوان. (٣)ذكره شيخنا تاج الدين في كتاب الروض الناضر في أخبار الامام الناصر وقال: كان شيخا كاتبا يتنقّل في الأعمال إلى أن تولّى إشراف الديوان في أيّام المستضيء بأمر الله، ثم تولّي صدريّة الديوان في شهر ربيع الأوّل سنة سبع وسبعين [وخمسمائة] وعزل في صفر سنة تسع وسبعين [وخمسمائة] ولم يستخدم بعد ذلك، وتوفّي في تاسع عشر شهر ربيع الآخر سنة ستّ عشرة وستّمائة، وحمل إلى مشهد الإمام عليّ ﵇.
