    ٣٥٤١ - كمال الدّين أبو الفضل الحسن بن فخر الدين نصر الله بن [علي بن] عبد الرشيد الهمدانيّالقاضي. (١) هو كمال الدين الحسن بن نصر الله، قال شيخنا تاج الدين في تاريخه: تولّى قضاء الجانب الغربيّ هو وأبوه وجدّه مولده في جمادى الأولى سنة ثمان عشرة وستّمائة وحفظ القرآن المجيد وسمع الحديث وناب في القضاء عن والده لمّا توجّه إلى حضرة قاءان، وحسنت أيّامه في نيابته، وكان مليح الخطّ توفّي عن مرض أيام قلائل في ثامن عشر ذي الحجّة سنة خمس وأربعين وستّمائة، ودفن بباب حرب، قد تقدّم ذكر والده فخر الدين نصر الله، وناب كمال الدين أباه مجلس الحكم والقضاء بالجانب الغربيّ من بغداد.
