٣٤٣٧ - كمال الدّين أبو الفتح أحمد بن ظفر بن يحيى بن محمد بن هبيرة الشيبانيّ الأديب الكاتب. (٣)من بيت الوزارة والرئاسة والكتابة وقد تقدّم ذكره في كتاب التاء وكان يلقّب تاج الدين كمال الدولة، كان كاتبا حاسبا، وقد سمع الحديث من سديد الدين أبي الوقت عبد الأوّل بن عيسى السجزيّ، وأبي الفضل محمّد بن ناصر السلاميّ (١)، وولي الحجابة بباب النوبيّ، والإشراف بالبلاد المزيديّة، ومولده سنة اثنتين وأربعين وخمسمائة وتوفّي يوم الجمعة ثامن عشري محرم سنة عشرين وستّمائة ودفن باب البصرة.
