(٢) ذكره شيخنا تاج الدّين في تاريخه وقال: كان شيخا عالما كريم الأخلاقرتّب شيخ رباط الأرجوانيّة سمع كتب الصّوفيّة كتاريخ السلميّ ورسالة القشيري وقوت القلوب لأبي طالب المكيّ وكان كثير العبادة وكتب بخطّه الكثير وكانت وفاته يوم عرفة من سنة ستّ وتسعين وخمسمائة ودفن في دار الجنيد.
