(٢) ذكره عماد الدين الاصفهاني في كتاب خريدة القصر وقال: كان شاعرا مفلقا معروفا سائر الشعر. وهو أديب نبيه، صدر وجيه، له منظر حسن ومخبر جميل، وما كان ينظم بالعربيّة حتّى رأى في المنام أنّه عمل بيتين بالعربيّة فصار ينظم على سبيل التكلّف فمن ذلك قوله: أنسيم إن ناجيت أرض أحبّتي ... وحملت نقع ترابها للطيب صف للأحبّة في الهوى حال امرئ ... قلق الحشا للنائبات نسيب
