٣٢٣٥ - الكافي أبو العلاء سهل بن الحسن بن محمّد البسطاميّ القاضي. ذكره تاج الاسلام أبو سعد السّمعاني في تاريخه، وقال: ورد بغداد وأقام بالنظاميّة في زمان أسعد الميهنيّ، وخرج منها متوجّها إلى الشام، وسكن دمشق إلى أن توفّي بها، وكان من بيت القضاء والخطابة والتقدّم، وكان يميل إلى الصوفيّة وكلامهم، وتوفي بدمشق في جمادى الأولى سنة ستّ وثلاثين وخمسمائة، ودفن بباب الفراديس.
