٣٢٣٤ - كافي الدّين أبو سعد سليمان بن محمّد بن الحسين يعرف بالقصّار الكرجيّ البلديّ القاضي. (١) ذكره شيخنا تاج الدين أبو طالب في كتاب الاقتفاء المذيّل على طبقات الفقهاء وقال: كان يلقّب بكافي الدّين، ويعرف بالقصّار، ونسب البلديّ إلى بلد الكرج وولي القضاء بها، وتفقّه باصفهان على أبي بكر ابن ثابت الخجندي (٢)، قدم بغداد بعد العشرين وخمسمائة وتكلّم مع أسعد الميهنّي (٣) في مسألة فاستحسن كلامه كلّ من كان حاضرا، روى عنه أبو سعد السمعانيّ وغيره. وتوفّي القاضي كافي الدين في ذي القعدة سنة ثمان وثلاثين وخمسمائة.
