٣٠٩١ - قوام الدين أبو الحسن علي بن سالم بن ابراهيم البغدادي، يعرف بابن سويلم الكاتب. ذكره شيخنا أبو طالب في تاريخه وقال: وفي جمادى الأولى سنة أربع وأربعين وستمائة رتّب الصدر قوام الدين علي بن سالم ناظر المستنصري (٣) ورتّب ابن البرتي (٤) مشرفا عليه وكان قوام الدين كاتبا سديدا عالما بقوانين الكتابة والتصرّف.
