٢٩٤١ - قطب الدين أبو .... مودود بن زنكي بن آقسنقر التركي الموصلي، صاحب الموصل (١). ذكره الشيخ عزّ الدين أبو الحسن علي بن الأثير في تاريخه (٢) وقال: لما توفي [أخوه] سيف الدين غازي كان قطب الدين بالموصل فاتفقت الكلمة على توليته طلبا للسلامة منه فانه كان ليّن الجانب حسن الأخلاق، كثير الحلم، كريم الطباع، فأنزلوه بدار المملكة وحلف له الأمراء والأجناد، ولما ملك تزوج امرأة أخيه (٣) بنت حسام الدين تمرتاش (٤) التى مات ولم يدخل بها، وكان تام القامة أسمر اللّون، جهوري الصوت وتوفي بالموصل في السابع والعشرين من شوال سنة خمس وستين [وخمسمائة] ومدة ولايته إحدى وعشرون سنة ونصف.
