٢٥١٩ - فخر الدين أبو الفضل هبة الله بن محمود بن محمد بن أحمد الجندي الأديب العلامة. من أعيان فضلاء الدهر وأماثل علماء ما وراء النهر، سار صيته في الأقطار واشتهر بالفضل والأدب في تلك الديار، واشتغل ودأب وحصّل واكتسب، وحفظ كتاب «مفتاح العلوم» للسكاكي، وقصد حضرة السلطان الأعظم غازان ابن أرغون ودخل معه بغداد، ورأيته وحضرت في خدمته وكان كامل الذات حميد الأخلاق وكتبت عنه من أشعاره وأجاز لي رواية مسموعاته. وتوفي بتبريز في شهر رمضان سنة ثمان وتسعين وستمائة وكتبت شعره في كتاب «نظم الدرر الناصعة في شعراء المائة السابعة».
