٢٢٨٧ - فخر الدولة أبو القاسم ابن يحيى بن نباتة الحذاقي الفارقي الخطيب القاضي. ذكره القاضي ابن الأزرق في تاريخه وقال: وفي سنة تسعين وأربعمائة مات القاضي أبو بكر ابن صدقة بميافارقين ولم يعقب وانتدب لطلب القضاء جماعة من الأعيان فلم يلتفت اليهم وولي القضاء فخر الدولة أبو القاسم ابن يحيى وكان خطيب ميافارقين هو وآباؤه منذ ولاية بني حمدان وهو أولى من ولي القضاء من بني نباتة ولما مات ولي بعده ولده القاضي علم الدين أبو الحسن (١) القضاء والخطابة.
