٢٢٤٤ - فخر الدين أبو الحسن علي بن محمد بن صدقة بن السّبتي بن الخفاجي البغدادي الفقيه الناسخ. كان شيخا أديبا فقيها، عالما فاضلا، وكان والده من شعراء الديوان في أيام الامام الناصر ومدح فخر الدين الناصر والظاهر والمستنصر والمستعصم ورتب معيدا للطائفة الحنيفيّة بالمدرسة المستنصرية وكان طيّب الانشاد، عذب الايراد وكان صديق والدي، رأيته كثيرا وسمعت إيراده لأشعاره، ومن شعره: أحباي هل تغني عسى ولعلّما ... وليت رهينا في هواكم متيّما أبيت وليلي ساهر مترقبا ... خيالا ملّما أو رسولا مسلّما وتوفي بعيد الواقعة سنة ست وخمسين وستمائة.
