٢٢٠٣ - فخر الدين عثمان بن قزل [الأمير التركي الكامليّ أبو الفتح. (١) مولده بحلب سنة ٥٦١ هـ وكان من الأمراء الكامليّة المقدّمين وكان راغبا في فعل الخير مبسوط اليد بالصدقة والاسعاف، متفقدا لأرباب البيوت وغيرهم، وقف مدرسة بالقاهرة ومسجدا مقابلا لها، ورباطا بسفح جبل المقطم وكتّاب سبيل ورباطا بمكة وغير ذلك وأوصى بوصية ذكر فيها كثيرا من أنواع البر وتوفي بحران سنة «٦٢٩ هـ» ودفن بظاهرها.
