١٩٨٣ - فخر الدين أبو بكر أحمد بن ميكائيل بن عبد الله القونويّ الطبيب، نزيل تبريز. رأيته في تبريز سنة خمس وسبعمائة وهو شاب فاضل ذكر لي أنه اشتغلبعلم الطب على الحكيم المهذب الطبيب (١) اليهوديّ، وذكر لي أنّ أستاذه المهذب أسلم على يد ابن هود (٢). وسألته عن مولده فذكر أنه ولد بقونية سنة ثلاث وستين وستمائة وسافر الى مصر واشتغل هناك ثم أقام بدمشق واشتغل على المهذّب.
