١٨٢٩ - الفاخر أبو نصر أحمد بن محمود بن عبد الله بن داود الشامي الأديب. كان أديبا كاملا عالما، أنشد لعبد الله بن المبارك وكان كثيرا ما يتمثل بها: ألا قف بدار المترفين وقل ولهم ... ألا أين أرباب المدائن والقرى وأين الملوك الناعمون بغبطة ... ومن عانق البيض الرعابيب كالدّمى فلو نطقت دار لقالت ديارهم ... لك الخير صاروا للتراب وللبلى وأفناهم كرّ النهار وليله ... فلم يبق للأيام كهل ولا فتى
