١٧٦٦ - غياث الدين أبو الفتح رافع بن سعد بن منصور الطيّبي الكاتب. كان كاتبا سديدا عالما، ومن كلامه في عهد كتبه: «وأمره أن يولي الوقوف وما يرجع إلى دار المرضى والجسر والقناطر وأموال المساجد والجوامع لمن يقوم بها ويكمل مصالحها ويحرس أصولها ويتبع آثار الواقفين حسبما ذكروه وقرروه فيها».
