١٦٦٩ - العلاّمة أبو المظفر مسعود بن أبي الفرج بن أبي الفتوح الآمديالمنشئ. من كلامه في إنشاء عهد لبعض القضاة: «وأمره بالاكثار من تلاوة القرآن المجيد، الواضح سبيله، الراشد دليله، الذي من استضاء بمصابيحه أبصر ونجا، ومن أعرض عنها زل وهوى، وأن يتّخذه إماما يهتدي بآياته ويقتدي ببيناته ومثالا يحذو عليه ويردّ الاصول والفروع إليه».
