١٦٠٧ - علاء الدين أبو نصر محمد بن نصرة الدين ايبك بن عبد الله الأرنبائي الأمير. ذكره شيخنا [ابن الساعي] وقال: لما توفي والده الأمير نصرة الدين في شهر ربيع الأوّل سنة خمس وعشرين وستمائة استدعي ولده محمد إلى الديوان وأنعم عليه بالخلع ولقب بالأمير علاء الدين وكني بأبي نصر وألحق بالزعماء وكان عقد له على بنت بدر الدين لؤلؤ المتولي على الموصل على صداق عشرين ألف دينار.
