١٥٨٣ - علاء الدين علي بن يعقوب بن عبد الله الكنكري الفقيه. كان من فقهاء المستنصرية، في زمرة الطائفة الحنفية، كتب لنفسه جملة من كتب الفقه وكان يتردد إلى خزانة كتب المدرسة وكتبت له على سبيل التذكرة، وتوجّه إلى الروم سنة ثمان وسبعمائة. ١٥٨٤ - علاء الدين علي (٢) بن موفق الدين يعيش بن علي الموصلي ثم الحلبي النحوي.ذكره المؤيد الخاصيّ في كتاب «حدائق الأحداق» وقال: أنشدني علاء الدين علي بن يعيش لنفسه بدمشق: قطوبك ما أبهاه عندي وما أحلى ... صنيعك بي يا صاحب المقلة النجلا! أيا بدر تمّ ما تبدّى جماله ... وبهجته إلاّ اختفى النير الأعلى بخدّك سطر جلّ كاتب خطه ... غدت من معانيه الملاحة تستملى
