١٤٣٦ - عميد الدولة هبة الله بن يوحنا النصراني الواسطي الكاتب. كان كاتبا سديدا، مشكور الطريقة، حسن السيرة وكان في أيام استيفاء الخراج من النواحي والبلاد يحضر في الديوان ومعه كيس ملآن من الدراهم ليتمّ به خراج من ليس له طاقة ومن قد عجز عن الخراج، وعن خدمة المترددين في استيفاء المال ويستجلب بذلك شكر الرعيّة. وكان مع ذلك سديد العبارة في كتبه التي تصدر عنه.
