١٣٦٢ - عميد الرؤساء أبو رجاء سعد الله بن صاعد بن المرجى الرحبي الصدر الكاتب يعرف بابن الخلال (١). ذكره تاج الإسلام أبو سعد السمعاني في المذيل وقال: كان يلقب بعميد الرؤساء، من ذوي الهيئات سمع أبا عبد الله محمد بن علي (٢) بن محمد الصوري سنة ثمان عشرة وأربعمائة وكان كاتبا سديدا، وقال ابن النجار: ولي الوزارة لناصر الدولة أبي محمد الحسن بن [حسين بن] حمدان فلما تمّ عليه من صاحب مصر ماتم خرج عميد الرؤساء من بلاده ناجيا بنفسه وأهله واستوطن بغداد واستوطنها (كذا) إلى أن مات بها في شهر ربيع الآخر سنة اثنتين وتسعين وأربعمائة.
