١٣٥٦ - ب - العميد الحسين بن نصر الله بن الحسن الأبهري الكاتب (٣). ١٣٥٧ - عميد الدين أبو يعلى حمزة (٤) بن أسد بن محمد التميمي الدمشقي المؤرخ.ذكره الحافظ أبو القاسم علي بن الحسن بن عساكر في تاريخ دمشق وقال: حدّث عن سهل بن بشر وأبي أحمد حامد بن يوسف التنيسي، وسمع منه اصحابنا ولم أسمع منه. ورأيت له كتابا بخزانة كتب الرصد بمراغة سنة أربع وستين وستمائة كتابا (كذا) صنفه في تاريخ الحوادث (١) بعد سنة أربعين وأربعمائة إلى حين وفاته، وتولى رياسة دمشق مرتين وكان قد جمع بين كتابتي الانشاء والحساب. وكانت وفاته يوم الجمعة سابع شهر ربيع الأول سنة خمس وخمسين وخمسمائة بدمشق ودفن بجبل قاسيون.
