١٣٥٦ - العميد أبو عبد الله الحسين بن محمد بن الحسين القمي الكاتب (١). هو والد الاستاذ أبي الفضل [محمد] بن العميد، وكان العميد يلقب بكلة وذكر أبو اسحاق الصابي أن رسائل العميد لا تقصر في البلاغة عن رسائل ابنه أبي الفضل، قال ياقوت الحموي في كتابه (٢): وعندي أنّ هذا الحكم من أبي إسحاق فيه حيف شديد على أبي الفضل والقاصّ لا يحب القاصّ. وتقلّد ديوان الرسائل لنوح بن نصر الساماني ولقب بالشيخ العميد.
