١٢٩٦ - عماد الدين أبو الفتح نصر الله بن علي بن الحسين بن المرهف الواسطي الكاتب. كتب في عهد قاض: «وأمره أن يستخلف على ما غاب عنه من الأعمال من يرى استخلافه من ذوي الحزم والمعرفة والفهم، وليكن مع ذلك موثوقا بغنائه في المهام، مرموقا بجدعه للقضايا من أنوف المظالم يوم الخصام، محقوقا لنزاهته أن يعان بالتوفيق في النقض والإبرام، فلا يألو جهدا في انتخابه والتخيّر لنصابه».
