١٢٧١ - عماد الدين أبو الثناء محمود بن يوسف بن العزيزي السروي الخطيب (١). هو كبير بلده «سراو» وخطيبها وشيخها وأديبها صاحب الفضائل الغزيرة والمعاني المفيدة، كتب لي مولانا نصير الدين أبو جعفر محمد بن محمد الطوسي لما أمرني بالتوجه إلى سراو في ربيع الأول سنة اثنتين وسبعين وستمائة، عرض لي ذلك المرض (كذا) إليه كتابا يأمره بالقيام التام في جميع ما يتعلق بي من الخدم والشفقة، فأنعم وفعل ما أمر به وزاد عن ذلك، وكان يتردّد إليّ ويحضر كتبه عندي وكتب لي من فوائده ما خرّجته عنه في المشيخة.
