٧٧٢ - عفيف الدين أبو الثناء محمود بن محمد بن محمود البغدادي المقرئ يعرف بابن العلاف. قرأ القرآن المجيد على الشيخ عبد القادر بن محمد بن الحسن بن الأكاف وقرأ عليه كتاب «الاختيار في اختلاف العشرة أئمة الأمصار» من الروايات والطرق وقرأ عليه كتاب «الاتفاق والافتراق» بسماعه من مصنفه مهذب الدين أبي المظفر محمد بن علي (١) بن نصر الدوري الواعظ، وقرأ عليه كتاب «المصباح الزاهر في القراءات العشر البواهر» بروايته عن شيخه أبي العباس أحمد (٢) بن الحسن بن أبي البقاء العاقولي البغدادي.
