٦٦٦ - عفيف الدين أبو علي أحمد بن أبي المكارم بن أبي الحسن بن أبي الديلم الديلمي الصوفي. كان عابدا فاضلا له ورد يقوم الليل به وقد حصل في مبدإ أمره وكان فصيح الكلام، حافظا لمحاسن الآداب راويا لمفاخر الآثار، أنشد لبعض أصحابه: بقيّة العمر عندي ما لها ثمن ... وان غدا غير محبوب من الثمن يستدرك المرء فيها ما أفات ويحيي ... ما أمات فمحو السوء بالحسن
