٥٧٥ - عزيز الدين أسعد بن عبد الغفار بن سعادة بن معقل الأيادي الأبهري القاضي (١). من القضاة الفضلاء وهو من بيت قاضي القضاة وأولاد أحمد بن أبي دؤاد القاضي أيام المعتصم بن الرشيد، وكان عزيز الدين محمود الطريقة مشكور السيرة، قرأت بخطه قال: «وفد عبد الله بن جعفر على يزيد بن معاوية فقال له: كم كان أمير المؤمنين يعطيك؟ قال: كان ﵀ يعطيني ألف ألف. فقال يزيد: قد زدناك لترحمك عليه ألف ألف أخرى.
