٣٢١ - عزّ الدين أبو الخير علي بن اسماعيل بن علي بن أحمد بن الطبّال البغدادي الفقيه الفاضل (٢). سمع أباه وتجرد عن الأهل والوالد، رأيته (٣) وهو رجل فاضل، له شعروعنده طيور من الحمام وغيرها وهو يتسلّى بذلك وله أصحاب مهتمون به وله نظم حسن وقد مدح جماعة من الأعيان. سألته عن مولده فذكر لي أنه ولد سنة سبع وخمسين وستمائة.
