١٣٩ - عزّ الدين أبو عبد الله الحسين بن آقوش بن عبد الله الأميري الفقيه. (١) كان مذكورا في الأمراء وهو معدود في زمرة الفقهاء والعلماء. قرأت بخطه بإسناد رفعه إلى وكيع بن الجراح أنّ سفيان الثوري جاء إليه فقام له، فأنكر عليه قيامه، فقال: حدّثني عن عمرو بن دينار عن أنس قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: «من إجلال الله إجلال ذي الشيبة المسلم» فسكت سفيان وأخذ بيده وأجلسه إلى جانبه.
