١٧ - عزّ الدين أبو عبد الله أحمد بن عمر بن عبد الله الكرديّ الفقيه. ذكره الحافظ أبو عبد الله بن الدّبيثيّ في تاريخه (٢) وقال: «تفقه بتبريز على الفقيه أبي عمرو (٣) وقدم بغداد واستوطنها ورتّب فقيها بالنظامية، وكان حسن السّمت محفوظ الوقت، توفي في ذي الحجة سنة إحدى وتسعين وخمسمائة.و [دفن] عند (كذا) بالسّهليّة (١) عند جامع السلطان.
