١ - [عزّ الدين أحمد بن الحدّاد (١) .....]. ذكره شيخنا تاج الدين في تاريخه وقال: كان فخر ... بالديوان وهو ان يكون عارفا بأحوال من تقدمه من حواشي الديوان من أرباب المشاهرات وأصحاب المعاملات، ولما مات كاتب السلة عز الدولة هبة الله بن زطينا قام عزّ الدين بن الحداد مقامه وكان عارفا بالأدب والكتابة ولم يتزوج وكان يخدمه غلام له. وتوفي في جمادى الآخرة سنة أربع وخمسين وستمائة عن سبعين سنة.
