إبراهيم بن محمد بن عبد القادر الحسني الطالبي، أبو اسحاق التادلي: شيخ مشايخ الرباط في عصره، من كبار فقهاء المالكيه، مولده ووفاته بالرباط، تعلم بها وبفاس ومكناس، ورحل إلى المشرق مرتين، وحج وجاور. وعاد مارا بالبلاد الإسبانية فقرأ فيها بعض العلوم الحديثة، ودرس بالرباط أكثر من ثلاثين سنة، وبلغت تصانيفه مائة وعشرين، بعضها لم يتم، منها "حاشية" على الإتقان في علوم القرآن، في التفسير، للسيوطي.
