إبراهيم بن عبد القادر بن أحمد ابن إبراهيم الرياحي التونسي، أبو (إسحاق)إسحاق: عالم بالفقه والتفسير، متصوف مالكي. ولد في تستور، ونشأ وتعلم بتونس، وكان رئيس المفتين بها وإمامها وخطيبها بالجامع الأعظم. وحج ودخل مصر، وأرسله في سفارة إلى الآستانة. توفي بتونس. من كتبه "رسالة" في تفسير قوله تعالى: ﴿إن الصلاة كانت على المؤمنين كتابا موقوتا﴾ (١).
