يوسف بن خالد بن نعيم بن مقدم بن محمد بن حسن الطائي البساطي، جمال الدين، أبو المحاسن: فقيه مالكي، قاض، مشارك في بعض العلوم. من أهل القاهرة، وبها نشأ وتعلم. وناب في القضاء عن أخيه وغيره، ثم استقل به في رجب سنة ٨٠٤ بعد عزل المؤرخ ابن خلدون، ولكنه عزل بعد ثلاثة أشهر. ثم تكرر تعيينه وعزله مرات، ثم ولي الحسبة ثلاثة أشهر، ودرس بالمؤيدية وغيرها. من آثاره "إعراب القرآن" من سورة الطارق إلى آخر القرآن" (٢).ابن الجوزي [٥٨٠ - ٦٥٦ هـ / ١١٨٥ - ١٢٥٨ م]
