محمد بن يحيى بن الحسين بن القاسم ابن إبراهيم العلوي الطالبي، أبو القاسم، الملقب بالمرتضى: إمام زيدي، من بني الرسي الذين حكموا بصعدة وصنعاء. عالم بالفقه والأصول والتفسير. ولي الإمامة بعد وفاة أبيه الهادي إلى الحق (سنة ٢٩٨ هـ) وخوطب بالمرتضى لدين الله. ثم اعتزل بعد ستة أشهر. توفي بصعدة، من آثاره "تفسير القرآن" وهو إكمال للتفسير الذي بدأه جده وأضاف إليه أبوه (١). الصولي [... - ٣٣٥ هـ / ... - ٩٤٦ م]
