محمد بن الوليد بن محمد بن خلف بن سليمان بن أيوب القرشي الفهري الأندلسي، أبو بكر الطرطوشي، ويقال له ابن أبي رندقة: فقيه مالكي، من حفاظ الحديث، مفسر، أديب، من أهل طرطوشة بشرق الأندلس. تفقه ببلاده، ورحل إلى المشرق سنة ٤٧٦ هـ، وحج، وزار العراق ومصر وفلسطين ولبنان، وأقام مدة في الشام، وسكن الإسكندرية، ودرس بها، واستمر فيها إلى أن توفي. من كتبه "مختصر تفسير الثعلبي" مخطوط (٢).القطعي [... - ٢٥٣ هـ / ... - ٨٦٧ م]
