محمد بن موسى بن عيسى بن علي الدميري، أبو البقاء، كمال الدين: باحث، أديب، من فقهاء الشافعية، نسبته إلى دميرة (بمصر)، مولده ووفاته بالقاهرة. قال السخاوي: "برع في التفسير والحديث والفقه وأصوله والعربية والأدب وغيرها. وأفتى ودرس، وانتفع به جماعة، وأقام مدة بمكة والمدينة. كان اسمه أولا كمال بغير إضافة، وكان يكتبه بخطه في كتبه، ثم تسمى محمدا وصار يكشط الأول" (٢).العسيلي [... - ١٠٣١ هـ / ... - ١٦٢٢ م]
