محمد بن مصطفى بن حسن الدمياطي، المعروف بالخضري: نحوي، فقيه، مفسر، مشارك فيبعض العلوم، مولده ووفاته بدمياط بمصر. دخل الأزهر فمرض وصمت أذناه، فعاد إلى بلده واشتغل بالعلوم الشرعية والفلسفية، واستخرج طريقة لمخاطبته بأحرف إشارية بالأصابع، فتعلمها منه أصحابه فكانوا يخاطبونه بها. من تصانيفه "رسالة في مبادىء علم التفسير" و "منظومة في مشابهات القرآن" طبعتا بمصر (١). المراغي [١٢٩٨ - ١٣٦٤ هـ / ١٨٨١ - ١٩٤٥ م]
