محمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن عبد القادر بن محمد بن عبد العزيز السنباوي الأزهري، المعروف بالأمير: فقيه مالكي، عالم بالعربيةوالتفسير. أصله من المغرب، ولد في ناحية سنبو من أعمال منفلوط بمصر، وتعلم في الأزهر، وتوفي بالقاهرة. قال الزركلي: "اشتهر بالأمير لأن جده أحمد كانت له إمرة الصعيد. من تصانيفه "تفسير المعوذتين" مخطوط. و "تفسير سورة القدر" مخطوط (١). البيومي أبو عياشة [١٢٦٣ - ١٣٣٥ هـ / ١٨٤٧ - ١٩١٧ م]
