محمد بن محمد بن الطيب التافلاتي الأزهري الخلوتي، المالكي ثم الحنفي: فقيه، أصولي، محدث، باحث، ولد بالمغرب الأقصى، ورحل إلى طرابلس الغرب صغيرا، ثم إلى مصر فتعلم في الأزهر، ودخل دمشق مرارا، ثم استقر في القدس، وولي إفتاء الحنفية بها، إلى أن توفي "له تصانيف ناهزت الثمانين، منها "أسرار البسملة" و "حسن التبيان في معنى مدلول القرآن" (٢).الزبيدي [١١٤٥ - ١٢٠٥ هـ / ١٧٣٢ - ١٧٩٠ م]
