محمد بن محمد بن محمد بن حسن بن علي المعروف بابن أمير حاج، ويقال له ابن الموقت، أبو عبد الله، شمس الدين: فقيه حنفي، أصولي، مفسر، من أهل حلب، تعلم بها وبحماه والقاهرة، وحج مرارا وجاور، وأفتى وأقرأ، وأقام ببيت المقدس، ومات بحلب. من كتبه "ذخيرة القصر في تفسير سورة والعصر" قال صاحب كشف الظنون: "أوله "الحمد لله الذي كرم نوع الإنسان ..
