محمد بن عبد الباقي بن عبد القادر البعلي الدمشقي، أبو المواهب: مقرىء، عارف بالتفسير، من فقهاء الحنابلة. أصله من بعلبك، مولده ووفاته بدمشق، وكان مفتي الحنابلة بها. زار مصر سنة ١٠٧٢ هـ. له رسائل في تفسير بعض الآيات الكريمة منها "رسالة" في تفسير قوله تعالى ﴿فأكلا منها فبدت لهما سوآتهما﴾ (سورة طه: ١٢١) ورسالة في تفسير قوله تعالى: ﴿قالوا يا أبانا ما لك لا تأمنا على يوسف وإنا له لناصحون﴾ (سورة يوسف: الآية ١١) (٢).السبكي [٧٠٧ - ٧٧٧ هـ / ١٣٠٧ - ١٣٧٥ م]
