محمد بن بسطام الخوشابي الحسيني الرومي، المعروف بالواني: مفسر، واعظ، فقيه حنفي، من علماء الدولة العثمانية. من أهل "خو شاب" القريبة من بلدة (وان) التركية. نفي إلى قرية "كستل" من قرى بروسة،وتوفي بها. من كتبه "خلاصة التفاسير" و "عرائس القرآن ونفائس الفرقان" في قصص الأنبياء. قال في كشف الظنون: "وهو أحسن وأفيد من "عراش" الثعلبي، ذكر فيه من تفسير البيضاوي وحواشيه ومن الكشاف وحواشيه".
