قاسم بن محمد بن قاسم بن محمد بن سيار الأموي، مولاهم، البياني القرطبي: أبو محمد: من كبار الفقهاء والمحدثين في الأندلس. كان جده مولى للخليفة الوليد بن عبد الملك (٤٨ - ٩٦ هـ). نسبته إلى بيانة بالأندلس. ومولده ووفاته بقرطبة. رحل إلى مصر رحلتين، ولازم ابن عبد الحكم حتى برع في الفقه وصار إماما مجتهدا لا يقلد أحدا. قال ابن الفرضي: "كان يذهب مذهب الحجة والنظر ويميل إلى مذهب الشافعي". من كتبه "تفسير القرآن" (١). الأصفهاني [... - ١٢٠٣ هـ / ... - ١٧٨٩ م]
