عمران بن موسى بن ميمون الهواري السلاوي، أبو موسى: مفسر، حافظ، أديب، نحوي من أهل سلا بالمغرب، تعلم بها وبالأندلس. قال ابن الزبير: "أقرأ العربية بغرناطة وكان يعرف بها بالسلاوي". مات بسلا بعد رجوعه إليها من الأندلس بعد ربيع الآخر سنة ٦٤٠ هـ (٢) الجاحظ [١٦٣ - ٢٥٥ هـ / ٧٨٠ - ٨٦٩ م]
