عمر بن عبد الجليل بن محمد بن جميل البغدادي، القادري: فقيه حنفي، مفسر، نحوي، ولد ببغداد، وبها نشأ وتعلم، ثم قدم الشام واستوطن دمشق إلى أن توفي. له "الكمالين على الجمالين" في التفسير، حاشية على الجمالين لعلي بن سلطان محمد القاري. قال المرادي: "وصل فيها إلى قوله تعالى في أوائل سورة آل عمران: ﴿يختص برحمته منيشاء والله ذو الفضل العظيم﴾ في نحو ثلاثين كراسة، مات قبل أن يكملها ..
